Terms of use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set the conditions and procedures for information and order-related services on the STEMCERA (스템세라) website operated by Daehan Mulsan Co., Ltd., and the rights and duties of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Site” means stemcera.com and related paths.
• “User” means anyone who accesses the Site and uses services under these terms.
• “Product” means STEMCERA PREMIUM TONE-UP CREAM and other items introduced or prepared for sale on the Site.

Article 3 (Effect and changes)

These terms take effect when posted on the Site. Changes are announced on the Site; continued use after a change means acceptance of the revised terms.

Article 4 (Services)

The Company provides product information, brand introduction, fan-review guidance, order forms, and bank transfer (계좌이체) remittance instructions. Card / easy-pay is not yet connected; an order may not be confirmed until remittance is verified.

Article 5 (Orders and contracts)

Submitting an order form after choosing a quantity does not by itself finalize a sales contract before payment completion and Company acceptance. Orders may be limited by stock or shipping feasibility.

Article 6 (Price)

Suggested retail price is 58,000 KRW for 50 ml as shown on packaging and the Site. Promotions, if any, are stated separately.

Article 7 (Intellectual property)

Text, images, trademarks, and designs on the Site belong to the Company or rightful owners. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited. Fan reviews are posted as short summaries with source links, not full-text copies.

Article 8 (User duties)

Users must not submit false information, misuse others’ information, or interfere with Site operations.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable when services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or network outages. Skin reactions to cosmetics vary; stop use and consult a professional if adverse symptoms appear.

Article 10 (Governing law)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before courts with jurisdiction under applicable civil procedure law.
